You need to get a photobucket account. Upload your pics to there. Then you will find 4 image codes under each pic. You need to highlight, right click and copy the bottom image code and then paste into your reply box.
Look in PG there is a stickied thread about this. I think it is called 'how to upload images with screenshots'. Not sure thats quite right but you get the jist of it.
