Thanks horselover360 for the nice comment on my pic. I had a nose on your profile and saw this and thought i'd reply as no-one else had!
You need a photobucket account which is free and easy to set up.

Upload your pics onto photobucket, once you have done this click on the picture you want to use then you'll see a link saying share, then click on get link code, then select this option: IMG for bulletin boards & forums (i always choose full size version).
Copy and paste the link code onto your forum post, et voila!
Hope that makes sense. I'm sure there is a post by admin explaining it, and probably better than me!
