How do you stop the subscribe to thread

everytime I post on a thread I get an email when someone else replies to that thread...... can i stop it doing that automatically?!

Go to User CP at the top - you need to adjust your settings - it will be in there

Go into your profile and adjust your settings and preferences

Click USER CP, then click EDIT OPTIONS, find the bit where it says Default Thread Subscription Mode, and change the drop-down menu option to do not subscribe, scroll to the bottom of the page and click SUBMIT (very important to remember to click submit!)

No more emails!!
