My mare has had a tough couple of years last yr we stuggled with Ulcers and this yr she was diagnosed with Arthritis of her hocks and SI, she has ben brought back into work slowly I think she is looking lots better this year, both these photos were taken at approx the same time she is just a little fluffier this yr as I clipped earlier.

Many thanks

Shes beautiful! :D

She looks a lot more relaxed in her body in the recent one.

*whispers* YP tells me he is looking forward to chasing her round a xc course next spring ;)

Thanks, I think she is beautiful too but Im biased (not sure Ill think that when I have to cut all that coat off at the weekend!)

I cant believe how much more condition and muscle she has on her neck!

She is very excited about the YP following her giving a demo of x-c speed pops style!!!

Is she the lovely horse in the 'action shots' on your sig pics? If so, you have done wonderfully well with her in the last year. Looks so much better and not at all sad, which she appears to be in the first pic.

Oh no clipping again?! I'm sure she will look even more beautiful freshly clipped out

YP has a mare in the next field to him so he is practicing his flirting techniques (sadly they currently involve trotting round looking like he has no head and bucking then going disunited so having to stop and sort it out) and trying to be man enough to not be scared of her  hopefully by the time he meets pops again he will be well practiced.

lol Dafthoss!!! I loved the headless pic of YP, pops doesnt believe in getting out of walk in her field!!

Its a special skill! (shaking your head round makes it look like your putting far more effort in according to him) It only lasted about a minute then he got down to the improtant bussiness of eating. He only does it when he is in a new place its far to much effort to do it on a regular basis.
