Frankie's now back in work after 6 weeks off with a sore back (saddle related). He has to spend the first month in walk only (physio rules!).
In the last week we've increased walking from 5 minutes to 20minutes doing laps of the wee village where he lives . Is it best to just carry on increasing the laps eg we did 3 today (which is a bit dull) or would it be ok to go straight to a 40minute pootle down the bridlepath tomorrow?
He lives out 24/7 in a 4 acre field on a hill so is not super unfit.
