Hi I have just got back from being on holiday for four weeks and am planning on riding my horse tomorrow. He will have been turned out every day and brought back in a night. I was just wondering how fit he will be and how much work I should do on my first few rides. Just before I went on holiday we were at Pony Club Camp so he was pretty fit i.e. quite hard work and capable of jumping everyday. Obviously I will assess him once on him but would lie to have a bit of idea from you lot!
