well he managed a whole 10days in work before going hopping lame again, but not from his previous problems this time my lad managed to cut his leg but i am at a lose as to how he has managed it in an electric fenced paddock???

Looks like he was probably chasing flies and did it himself! We have one at the yard at the minute he is a show horse and over the last 2 weeks he has cut himself twice, he is bandaged and goes out for short periods of time, yet he still manages it??

Hmmm...it could be a kick...inside off fore is where my lad had a fractured cannon bone. Not saying thats what it is mind.

Myhorse went out for 10 mins in winter while I skipped out - in a small post and rail paddock - on his own - and came in with a cut...I assumed it was a brushing injury cos of him looning about/rolling/prancing etc.
