How is your mud?

We have put some road planings in the gateway this means at least the horses can stand out of the mud which is covering the rest of the field.roll on spring.:)

My mud has gone! At least I can't see it anymore due to the fact that is now under a couple of feet of water! Ponies are all developing webbed feed and and rubber rings I bought in the summer are a great help especially for the younger ponies who are having difficulty learning to swim. I am investing in large surfboards as I think my Sect D would enjoy a spot of surfing and have searched on the internet for wet suits for them all but having not found any I may patent my own. Any one interested??

Love it. Get one of those horrible onesies and soak it in liquid rubber lol

Today was just like heaven! Even the filthy swamp donkey failed to get herself plastered - despite trying VERY hard. Totally leaving them in the school for the foreseeable!

I let mine loose in the yard with haynets this morning, whilst I was working in there.I thought they'd like to be out of the mud for a few hours, but no,both got fed up and headed back into their paddock, where new boy proceeded to roll in knobberpony's pile of hay, then went off to eat his. They evidently aren't bothered by the mud.

I no longer own a horse - but have instead acquired a hippo:( It was fun (!) trying to get him ready for a BD competition yesterday. He was very cross with the amount of time it took me to remove caked on mud from his belly!
