How long are strangles test results valid for?

As in if I were to have the test done now but not move for another month, or if I wasn't sure where I was moving to yet but wanted the test now so i could move quicker when I found somewhere how long are the results valid for, but then wouldn't I have to somehow prove I haven't moved around since the test results?

I would say they are only valid until the day they are done, you may be able to prove you haven't moved but can you prove that every other horse on the yard hasn't been in contact.

Has yours had strangles or been on an infected yard? Are he tests accurate and what are your talking bloods, ultrasound or scope?

I'm just talking bloods, no a youngster so only been on one yard and was tested prior to moving there. Cancelled todays test all sorted now.
