How long does a nerve block last?

As title really, my boy had a nerve block today, and was just wondering how long it lasted before he would get the feeling back again?

didnt the vet advise you on this? i think its anything up to 24 hours but not 100% i would phone your vet if you are worried

I think 24 hrs, when mine was in for lame assess they nerve blocked one area one day and said they couldn't do the next one till the following day to give it chance to wear off x

Nope I am not worried as i have had him in and out of stable and all is fine ....just a general question ( i didnt know the answer so thought someone on here may do)
