How long does it take to get to your yard?

It takes me about 20 mins on a good run - taken me 2 hours before though. Its 17 miles away but its an idyllic farm location, with fabulous safe hacking in forest and bridleways. I could move nearer but it would be roadwork, roadwork, roadwork. My boy is so chilled and it suits us both.

It takes me 20 mins on a good day and out of rush hour, but could take me anything upto 40 mins when the traffic is busy. Thats all from home, if I come from work at 30 mins good and anything upto an hour bad........but the place is ideal for my horse......

Ours is basically the same. When we moved horses there I lived at home but now I've moved and live further from the yard! I also have to battle the M25. Yes I am mad but the yard is well worth it and the hacking is amazing.

Depending on traffic, it normally takes me 30 - 35 mins from home and 10 - 15 mins from work

I used to keep my horses 25 minutes away but now it's just 2 minutes which is lovely. It means I can go backwards and forwards as much as I like to change rugs, keep my eye on them etc.

30 seconds, I keep them at home.

I also work from home, so I can pop in and out all day

Luckylocalian;

Where do you keep yours if you don't mind me asking? I am in islington and keep mine near ware - takes 45 mins on a good run and up to 2.5 hrs from work on crap run!

Well it all depends if it's raining - if it is it takes about 10secs - if not I stroll and it takes about 20secs

Very fortunate to have them at home!
