How long does it take you to clip a horse?

Took me about 1 3/4 hours to do a blanket clip- half head on my cob. But only an hour to do a hunter clip- full head on a tb. I guess because I didn't need to worry about straight lines.

Takes me between an hour and an hour and a half to do a hunter clip. I am a perfectionist though and spend ages faffing on getting lines right and making sure I have got every bit!

I did one of those and a blanket clip this afternoon in 1 1/2 hours.

It takes me between 30 mins to 45 to do a chase, trace or blanket and at most 1 hr to do a full including head (though not legs).

40 mins for a blanket or trace, depends on how well the horse stands, I occasionally find myself faffing to make it last longer! Well practised!

Well Bo had everything off on saturday including legs and face and it took me about 1 1/2 hours. Trike had everything off EXCEPT his legs and face and it took me about 3 hours because he hates it lol!

45-50 mins for full clip - quicker to take the lot off than faff about - my lad stands without being tied to clip and goes to sleep.

About 2 weeks for OH's mare to have a blanket as she gets so far and gets bored then throws her teddies out

it took me 45 mins to give my 16.2hh TB a very high trace- head off, starts half way down his neck. the line along his sides are level with the bottom of the racing saddle that im riding him in at the mo.
took 1 hour to hunter clip the 15hh barrel boy- head left on tho and with no saddle patch.
