You can with Weatherbys and I think you can with SHB(GB). What name were you thinking of? Pm if you prefer. I've completely gone off the one I had had settled on for Matilda...

A bit random but I know a horse with two apostrophes in his name. I think he's registered with the KWPN or something or other else random though... so possible in some books, yes.
