How long does new passport take?

I sent foalies paper work off to the British Warmblood society 4 weeks ago and havent had a reply. I've e-mailed and no reply. Does anyone know how long it should normally take as i'm worried our fab royal mail has lost all the original paper work!

I got my TBs back from Weatherby's within two weeks? I knew theyd got mine as they took the money from my account to change details so I knew it had definitely gotten there. Is there not a number you can call - any number, even if it's not the right one they can put you through to someone?

BWBS are very slow - mine took 3 months last year.
Was a lovely surprise when this year's AES passport took a week!
