How long have you been at your yard!!

Only a few week, but after years of moving around yards as they were never suitable think this is 'the one'! Very lucky as we've acquired 2 new horses since moving on and they made space for us each time :) Got 4 now!
Indoor school, lovely hacking etc just feels like 'home'.
Longest we've stayed anywhere was about 2 years at our own private yard we rented, which was bliss, but I got sick of the lack of hacking, company and no school!
 
We have been at our yard for 14 years. 10 years with benson, ten we were9 months without a pony, but YO kept a stable for us, and we have had don for 3 years. Cant ever see us moving to be honest! Obviously there are lots of little things that bug us, but nothing ever big enough to make us leave!
 
Old yard 20 years.. was great for many years, (had lovely yard, land, arena and XC course) but it did go downhill during the last year or two. Currently been at the farm 2 years, and because I'm not paying anything, I'm saving!! Which is brilliant.. but it is a farm, got four stables, and fields, and that is it regarding 'horsiness!'
