how long in new paddock?

On my yard they have opened up a field with alot more grass in for our horses to be ut 24/7 but I dont want to just chuck her out as she is new to this yard and has been stabled.

How long would you put her out for and how long before you would leave out all night?

i would only allow on hour or to the first day then do a little more each day!
