The TB studs start foaling in February, until when? I am guessing until the end of May?
How long is the TB foaling season?

Foals start arriving in January but the actual breeding season officially starts on Feb 14th (how romantic!!). Usually finishes June although some still cover in early July but any foals born in the following June are only 6months when they turn 1.

Ah thanks! Saw a job advert wanting someone 'just for the foaling season' that is why I was wondering! Thank you.

Yep they dont catch up when they are born that late, my TB Sovereign is 22 June!!! That is really late and he is only just growing in to himself at 9 (or is it 10??) he was run as a 4 yr old in hurdles (but he was only 31/2) and he was very immature.
