How long will BE take to process my membership renewal?

I sent BE my membership renewal about 10 days ago, and haven't recieved anything back from them yet.
When does anyone think they will reply?
It's just an event I want to enter opens on the 8th of feb, so I hope my renewal will be registered by then!

Really? I'd ring - I did mine online and had the stuff through 2 days later.

i had an e mail after a week and my stickers etc a week after that.

they did mine very quickly, i think it was 2-3 days turnaround. i'd ring and see if it got there tbh.

I did my reg online and received my car within 2 days but had to reg Dexter by fax as I hadnt registerred him b4 and it hasnt been done yet, I emailed today and they apparently have a back log, and havent done anything from last week yet. Think mine will be done by Weds she said though.

Well I have been sent stickers, rule book, car pass etc but on the stickers they say that they expire on the 2nd of Feb 2008.
This may be because I re-registered my horse in Jan, and that was before they recieved my renewal?

I registered online and it all came through the next day! Was well chuffed. Think you should maybe give them a call.

I sent two riders re-reg and two horses for re-reg well over 10 days ago and just of to ring them now!!! Last year it was all done so quick!!!

yeah I remember last year was fine, well I've emailed them today so will hopefully sort it out.
