How long would you leave it?

I phoned a local place about hydrotherapy and got no answer so left a message, this was Thursday. I've still not heard back but was wondering how long to leave it before ringing again/giving up and finding somewhere else. I appreciate people can get busy so don't want to hassle but at the same time I don't want to be mucked around and I want to get him started asap.

Keep calling until you get a real person! You aren't being a pest, you are looking out for Jack Is there another place nearby? Wouldn't do any harm to give them a call anyway...then you can say to the original place "Oh I was on the phone to your rival earlier...." and see what happens! Good luck x

If they haven't got back to you it is rude. YOU are a customer, they should want your money. I would keep on calling them, and in the mean time try another place if you have somewhere else local to you. Good luck.

There's no where as close but a few places have been suggested by fellow HHO-ers. I'll try again next week then try elsewhere.

Have you got a vet referral?

The centre that my dog goes to only accept referrals and from talking to them, this seems to be normal practice!

I suspect you would only need vet referral if its for an injury, if its just for general wellbeing would probably be okay. Certainly the pool I took my bitch to didn't ask for a vet referral, although I know they did have many dogs referred by my vets for injury rehab.
