If your having a canter with another horse, how quickly can you pull your horse up?

Danny - About 15 seconds hes a wimp and will stop asap
Harry - As soon as we hit a hedge or If that fails when were back home !!

if there's no one else around then we can stop pretty quick, if there's another horse around then only when they stop cos racing a stationary horse is no fun!

In a regular canter, pretty much straight away.
Once in a blue moon he finds a 6th gear and then I don't have a hope in hell!
