15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that "Muck Out" is perfectly correct.

19 to post that this forum is not about mucking out stables and to please take this discussion to a forum that specially deals with mucking out stables.

11 to defend the posting to this forum saying that we all muck out stables at some point and therefore the posts are relevant to this forum.

36 to debate which method of mucking out stables in superior, where to buy the best bedding and tools, what brand of bedding is best for this technique and what brands are no good at all.

7 to post URL's where one can see examples of different tyoes of bedding and tools.

4 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's.

3 to post about links they found from the URL's that are relevant to this group which makes mucking out relevant to this group.

13 to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too"

5 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the Mucking Out Stables controversy.

4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?"

13 to say "do a Google search on Mucking Out Stables before posting questions about Mucking Out Stables"

1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again.

Absolutely fantastic, PMSL :D

Just the tonic needed after picking poo out of hair as a result of high velocity winds making the task of transporting said defecatory waste to storage facilty almost impossible! :D
 
Brilliant. :D How about adding "2 users to get infractions for insulting other users' beds" and "1 user to get smartarse and add extra bits to an already perfect post" ? :o
 
Thanks for brightening my otherwise miserable day (one lame horse, one horse found to have wrecked another's rug, rain/wind, car dashboard lights flashing away at me one of which says "Stop" :eek:) :):o:)
 
4 to post what the correct clothing is to wear to muck out

3 to ask where said clothing can be bought

2 to ask if it is correct to muck out in the morning or in the evening

1 to say dont bother just deep litter

Although you did miss out:

1 complaining that NP was rude to the pitchfork when mucking out and it shows she's not a true horse lover as she dumped the unwanted muck onto a trailer without trying first to turn it back into fresh straw or looking at it from the muck's point of view...

Plus the 4 to gang up on NP saying that of course she doesn't muck out properly, she's a horse hater :p

1 to timidly point out that a carrot stick might help....

1,000 to jump on the 1 to tell them why carrot sticks are cruel, overpriced and useless for the task in hand.

5 to invent new variations of carrot sticks with a pitchfork on the end.

1 lurker to suggest the product which incedentally their company sells

1 to fall into the trap of buying this product

3 to go off on a tangent discussing the health of horses on certain types of bedding

1 to point out that the above 3 actually meant *insert scientific term here*
