How many of you still donate/sponsor?

With times/money getting tight do you still donate to charities/good causes or sponsor friends for sponsored walks etc?

I donated to Clicsargent the other day..after watching what some of the kids go through, I certainly felt I could spare a small amount. it was only five pounds, but better than nothing.

My daughter did a sponsered ride on Sunday and i managed to raise 200 pounds so people still are.

Yep money is really tight at the moment but I still sponsor two rescue dogs, Lilly and Lexi at £8 something a month each

yes at the very least I buy xmas cards from charities, but I normally sponsor anyone I know doing any activity for charity too.

Sponser kennels at Battersea and give monthly to the Royal British Legion, donate odd money here and there to rochdale dog pound where dogs are on death row, save money in a pot all year for the pdsa,

I raised £7,000 this year by doing a 600 mile ride - so yes, people are as generous as ever!

Yes, we pay monthly dd to Cancer Research, have been doing so for years and years. Also have 2 children so always having to sponsor them as well as others we know. It seems to be pretty constant! Have cut down a little bit, but not much.

I hope so. I work for an inner city riding school which is a charity and we're doing our annual fundraising in the centre of Newcastle from tomorrow until saturday. I've done it for years and it's absolutely freezing! If any of you lovely HHO people are at the Haymarket, Newcastle over those days, please support us! I'm helping on saturday, probably resembling a Michelin man with the layers upon layers of clothes I'm planning on wearing!

...and yes, I give to other charities all the time.

I still donate to people doing sponsored things for charity. I donate monthly via DD to EMW and OH donates monthly via DD to Sightsavers
