.................of droppings does your horse do when stabled overnight?
Markie is in from 4pm to 6.30am weekdays, 4pm to 7.30am weekends (lie in, lol!). He has 9 kg of hay and does between 9 and 14 piles every night. (I don't count them everyday, but when I have, 9 is the lowest and 14 the highest!). One of the horses on our yard only does about 5, and there's 2 TBs (belong to same person) who do so many that their boxes resemble the muck heap every morning!

God knows, mine is a dirty horse and loves nothing better than to hide his poos in his bed after scattering them around all over the place!!

One whole poo and approx 8 all mushed up and trodden round the stable

But it equates to about 1/2-3/4 of a barrow. He gets around 8kg hay a night (welsh D out for 8 hours a day).

My lad is very clean so one huge pile, but probably 4/5 actual poohs. Whereas Fany is filthy and likes to mix pooh in with wee and make her own slurry! So no idea how much she poohs, just see the stuff running from under her door!
