How many scoops of mix?

Depends on the weight of the mix :D. Which one did you have in mind? As a rough guesstimate I'd say a scoop holds between 1kg and 1.5kg (mix dependant), so a 20kg bag could contain anywhere between 13 - 20 scoops.

^^ This! Often on the back of the bag it gives an estimate of what a stubbs scoop weighs, so you can work out how many scoops from a bag.
 
For cubes, we worked out there were 14 scoops per bag when we we were measuring to go to a 3day, so needed to know how many bags we needed :)
