How many times should a vet perform flelxion tests in a 5* vetting?

How many times should a vet perform a flexion test in a 5* vetting, i thought it was just once at stage 2, ie the trot up, is this correct?

When my vet did a 5 stage check she did it once from rest and then again after half hour rest from exercise.

Flexion tested twice the same as you Penky . Horse failed the first time and the vet did it a second time to see if it improved after exercise.
