how much do you pay for your haylage bales

We buy our haylage from our yard owner for £24 for huge Bale which lasts three of us for 10-14 days depending if we have to put it out in field if ground frozen!

£17 for a bale that has 2 of those small bales in 1,lasts my 16.3 a wk,but with hay at £5 a bale works out a little cheaper,we are in scunthorpe and get it delivered in from louth!

Trying to get ideas of how much my new mare will cost, haven't had a horse for years!! so are we thinking 2 small bales a week on average for her then?? I need to feed adlib!

£4 per small (approx 20kg) bale, based on 50 at a time delivered.

ETA - we go thru a bale, to 1 and a half, per day between november and march for our two boys.
