How much do you the think is the going price....

For a possible 1st/2nd pony 15hh welsh D x 13 years old or so, good to hack out alone or in company, known in riding club as a good safe horse, to include tack and rugs?
What would you expect to pay in this climate?

If confo ok and sound on a 8m circle on the hard, I would give you £1500.

If he's the pony club (eg. can do a bit of everything safely and fun) type then £2500 I'd say.
If not, then still £1500-ish.

Opinions will differ as people can only say what it would be worth to them if they were to buy said horse.

ETA: Just read the tack and rugs part. If reasonable quality I'd say add 500 to each price I said.

There is one similar to your description for sale local to me for 2k but a bit older so I would say at least that plus around 300-750 for tack and rugs depending what's included

For a safe 'been there, done it' type I think £2500, especially with tack included.

Maybe a bit more if competeing on RC teams etc.

Depends.
Could be known in riding club as can just about get around 55cm and into or 95cm and Elementary. Would make a big difference to the price

Does depend really. If it jumps 3ft, works in a nice outline (maybe done a prelim or something) if its been xc, not too strong if its a snaffle mouth, at 15h, 13yrs old, good in traffic, including tack and assuming its health is ok and its in work and not nasty i would say £3000 ono.
If it jumps 2ft, and more of a happy hacker with its nose sticking out and a snaffle mouth i would say £2000 ono.
But without seeing it its hard to judge. I think the best thing is to put the details in the search section and see what comes up.
