How much do you/would you pay for livery?

As title really, how much would you pay for full and DIY livery, 7 days a week and what do you expect to get for that for a yard with good turnout, outdoor arena and some hacking?
 
I pay £30 a week for DIY per horse, for that I get:
Full use of stable/field with all yr turnout and rubber mating with auto drinkers
Own tack room
Full use of arena and show jumps with lights
Haulage/ hay

I also pay £5 per horse per week on field livery but costs extra for the facilities x
 
I get 5/2 livery (full Liv Mon-Fri, DIY Weekend)

I pay £75pw which includes:
Muck Out and Turn out, time on the walker, rug changes, all haylage, bedding and food (excluding supplements), basic first aid and minor extras. If there is no turn out it includes at least 2x on the walker and 2x muck outs a day.

At weekend I do all.
 
I pay £380 and it has a large indoor school and another 20 x 40 indoor Arena, 2 outdoor school. Lots of lessons availble, SJ comps , allfiated dressage, reasonable hacking.
 
I pay £20 altogether for mine & daughters, one 12x12 stable & one 12x 10 in an old cow barn. No locking tackroom but have a spare stable we use & plenty of space inside for lockers & metal bins etc. It's a small farm so massive haybarn we can put stuff in too. Space infront of stables for washing & clipping. Electric & indoor & outdoor taps. Large shared field with ideal rough grazing for natives, unlimited & never gets wet enough to keep them in. Plus use of hayfield when cut. Mainly post & rail & hedges. Can ride in fields usually. Small bare lami paddock. Enough off road hacking to manage, & some lovely rides an hour or so roadwork away. Paved yard with tie rings. Nearest arena a 15min hack. Owner v good if there's a problem but at that price we don't ask for help with repairs we can do ourselves. And don't object to stuff like the muck heap being on grass, that mid winter is welly deep mud. Or the toilet light needing replacing. Own hay £2.50 last winter, straw £1.50,help yourself on an honesty basis. And owners are lovely. Don't make any profit, but now they have cut down on farm animals like having the horses about as long as they break even. Spaces rarely come available, can you tell I love it?
Been on very top end yards too, but either got it free with job or cheap for helping owners.
 
I am on 5 day livery so full livery mon-fri

I pay £60

All year turnout
60x40 arena with full set off jumps
20x40 arena
Full XC course
Rugs changed
Feed Inc. Supplements
Large stable/muck out/turnout
Ad-lib Hay and Bedding
Regular SJ/Dr comps including a BE :)
 
Oh and mine is;

£20 a week stable
£30 a month for hay (Although thats because theyre having to buy it in, when we use the farms own stuff its £20)
£20 a month for straw.

Includes use of field all year, sandschool, own tack room and are able to bath, some hacking, not too far from decent hacking spots too, local show is literally on a field next to us.

Other yard i go to is £15 a week stable, haylage £26 for a large bale of haylage, not sure what straw is, includes use of field and school, own tack room, £2 a week extra to use the onsite hacking.

-Two large indoor arena's (when riding school not in them so usually they are free 12-4pm and then again at 7/8pm)
-One outdoor arena (Free always, for livery use only)
-Showjumping paddock
-Working hunter paddock
-Full use of showjumps/fences
-Full use of the farm ride (miles of sand track and fields through the Cheshire countryside!)
-Use of XC fences
-Pretty much all year on site turnout
-Hay
-Shavings

And thats pretty much all I can remember haha, I'm sure there is more that I have forgotten to add on! Also I am on DIY livery :D

I pay £118 per month.

I get a stable, good all year turnout (2 horse per field) and use of a ménage, off road hacking.

There is a tack room and feed room and then 2 pallets for hay/bedding in the barn.

We have no services, hay n straw is provided at cost but woodchip and feed you have to do your own.

DIY livery but always people about to help when you're stuck
Roomy stable (no water bowl though)
Yard tap
Secure tack room
Outdoor arena with lovely sand/rubber all-weather surface & lights
24/7 summer turnout, daytime winter turnout, except in extreme weather
Restricted storage & no loo BUT new building with storage & loo almost constructed! Woo-hoo, no more weeing in stables. :D
 
Locally it is very hard to get good all year round turnout and the prices are generally high in my opinion, I started six years ago paying £66 per month, and now [have moved] it is £35 per week! and no hacking!!!!
 
£30 per week DIY, 12x12 stable, 24/7 turnout or as much as wanted in stable groups. Nice school, tack room, feed room, tea room, really lovely group of people :) Direct access to 46,000 acres of off road riding :D

Goes up to £50 per week in winter, includes ad lib hay/haylage and shavings. Long day turnout unless REALLY extreme weather and then will get turned out in field group in yard or school for several hours and supplied with hay and water.
 
£30 a week DIY, get a stable, large outdoor arena, good turn out, fab hacking - owner lives on site, she does lots of extras - from main pulling to equine body work and assisted if needed.

I was on full livery at another yard paying £82 a week and had access to an indoor school and outdoor jumping arenas, XC course but am much happier where I am now
 
i am defo the cheapest. there are 3 ladies including me who have thier own 1.5 acres in which we have our own little yards.

I pay...wait for it....£8 a week lol
DIY (although have plently of friends that help
12x12 stable, but having to buy a 12x24 as my tb is too big
a little shed for tack, ect but will used other side of stable aswell shortly :)
me and my dad made a shed for hay, can fit bout 40 bales and room for shavings, which for one horse isnt bad at all
its good as i can put my horse out/in no matter what the weather, can do it when i want, (no restrictions)
plenty of room in the field for riding, (have my own jumps)
me and my dad put in some wooden fencing as my old horse used to run through electric
good roadwork hacking
great off road hacking
have to buy everything ourselves but know someone so get all the free shavings i want :) also get the hay set aside for us and on the cheap £2.50 a bale
plus only take like 20 mins in a trailer to get to our local XC course

does the job for me....in a nice quiet area aswell, perfect for brining on a 6yo tb mare that hasnt done much in her life

IMO yours sounds lovely and lucky you getting it so cheap!!
I rent a yard, 9 lovely stables, fancy brick yard (bugger for weeds tho' ) barn, rug/tack room (although I keep my tack at home - paranoid about it getting nicked!) outdoor school and 22 acres divided into 8 fields.
I have two atm, soon to be three :D, I have three liveries (two with two horses each, the other girl has one youngster. Hacking fab, local show 10 mins hack away, no bitching, fighting. We all help each other out and I love it!
We pay £97.50 pcm per horse, works out @ £22.50 per week approx
 
I pay £100 per calander month for stable, field and secure tack room. Hay is £35 for a large round bale and shavings are £7 per bale (generally ordered at 10+ per time). There is an outdoor menage, on road hacking (very quiet roads), gallops for hire 10 min walk down the road an the local show 30 min walk down the road. The turnout is all year round (weather permitting) and 24/7 in the summer.
The other yard I'm at is £35 per week 7 day assisted diy. For that they are to and fi with 1 rug change in winter, in summer he is brought in at 7am. Hay is 20p+vat per kili, shavings are £7ish+vat per bale. Theres a huge outdoor menage with on site competitions, bhsai instructor and regular clinics.
 
Been looking at yards around my area and the prices fluctuate wildly!

Previous yard charged £420 a month part livery (full Mon to Fri, DIY weekends), use of stable, daily turnout, use of outdoor school, hay and bedding included and great hacking.

One is £100 a month DIY, 24/7 summer turnout and day turnout in the winter. You have a stable, use of school, tack room and hay and bedding extra (£5 a bale of hay and £8 for bedding) superb hacking!

Another I saw was £300 a month part livery (full Mon-Fri, DIY weekends) bedding and hay is extra, daily turnout, use of outdoor school but no hacking. They also offer grass livery at £30 a week.

Third which I saw yesterday and loved is £60 a week, 24/7 summer turnout, daily turnout winter, use of stable, tack room, tea room, lots of fab hacking and use of indoor school. Hay and bedding extra.
 
I paid £85 per week for part livery.. 7 days a week, included everything but exercise and I supplied my own feed..

I sole let 5 stables in a barn with 5.5 acres on a farm for £472 PCM

DIY usually costs me £20 per week per horse but I don't need a school or anything at this point..

I have them at home at the minute..
 
I pay £29 a week DIY.

For 1 stable, with auto water, big walkin tack cupboard.
Unlimited turnout all year.
On site hacking.
Use of outdoor anytime.
Storage in barn for hay etc...

Very limited rules and very quiet. Owner lives onsite.

I think it's slightly pricey for the area, but my horse is very happy so I don't begrudge paying it.
