How much (ebay question)?

Now that I have a stunning new Pikeur jacket on its way, I'm thinking about putting my old show jacket on ebay, but wondered what reserve I should realistically put on it. It is 40% wool, 60% polyester, navy, double vented back, in excellent condition (just doesn't really fit me any more). It was bought in America so not a "known brand" over here. Any advice?

I woudn't put a reserve on it as my experience is that you get more bids without. You could, however, start it at just under the minimum price you are willing for it to go for.

Be realistic though - as we are all on the hunt for a bargin on Ebay - so don't set your starting bid too high.

I have 4 jackets on ebay at the mo, 2 Mears, 2 matlock and brown, all excellent condition but well, being ebay you dont get as much as you would want!

Mind end soon and the highest bid is only £25 for one of the mears

If its not a make like Kentucky/Pikeur. Don't put a reserve on. People generally don't wanna pay if its not a good make!

Thanks for the advice. It is a good make - but just not one usually seen here! Looks v. like the Pikeur Epsom. Will pop it on no reserve and see what happens.
