How much for a range rover

1991 converted to LPG leather seats, AC, electric everything. MOT april 2008 and recently serviced. Don't know about the mileage, let's assume high.

HOw much should I pay do you think?

I recently got a 2003 model, low mileage, cream leather interior (probably not wise for a horse and dog person but hey ho looks lovely). Paid £24K but got a v good trade in price on my old Disco. Absolutely love it despite the high fuel bills. Wouldn't really touch a 91 version as likely to need a lot of costly maintenance but if you really wanted it why don't you go onto the Parkers website and check the book price. You'll need to know the mileage unless you do just assume the worst.

Over here for a 2.5 diesel 94/95 your talking around the £4500 which I think isnt too bad at all .

Dont do it - we bought a J reg one (dont know the year) and it was a gas guzzling nightmare. Any parts you need cost a fortune and servicing it will be astronomical.

It's converted to LPG so will be cheaper to run as LPG only half the price

don't do it if you want to use it to tow - apparently they're rubbish for towing if they're lpg

i would steer well clear tbh....to give you an exmaple of ours:

R reg diesel...just had the clutch,flywheel, air suspension and gearbox all go at the same time ...has cost thousands
