Howmuch hay should I feed a overweight small Shetland.he will be going out threw the day on sparse grass .does he need hay threw the day when he's out. Going to muzzle him in spring.he also has a lot of dry flaky skin in his coat and suffers from mild sweet itch any potions for the sweet itch.
