I want to advertise mine on Preloved but since I normally use eBay and let something find its own price I dont know what to advertise mine for. There are none for sale online ATM, not even on eBay , that I can find for comparison. Any advice what I should ask for it? Its a 6'9 heavyweight with zip neck, silver interactive lining and is really good all round condition (reproofed since last use too).

Any ideas? Even if just guesses to give me an idea:confused:

whats the condition like? x

Super condition. Was only used lightly for one winter before I bought it; I then had it washed and reproofed and then stored away. There are a couple of small 1cm tears on the hood (just noticed them) but everything is uptogether and in place. Overall its in excellent condition, especially considering its one of the original Made in England ones made 4 years ago. Any idea what I should ask?

they're excellent rugs and last forever, so lots more ££s than that imho. i don't need another 6'9" unfortunately, otherwise i'd be first in the queue, they were impossible to get hold of last winter.
i'd say 50% of new price ish would be a starter, more if a few people want it... as on ebay!

That's BONKERS!!!! At least £150!

You think! Cool if youre right! Im just photographing it now. Expect Ill put it on ebay :( I just cant decide what set-price to advertise it at so it might be as well to auction it and see what happens. Just hate the chunks of fees eBay and Paypal take though. I also know 6'9 isnt a commonly wanted size but fingers crossed. Just looking at it closely and its had a couple of minor repairs before I bought it, one to the inside lining and another small one in matching material to the outer shell. Nothing much but I guess that might drop the price a tad.

I know its a good rug but as its third hand with repairs i would not want to pay loads for it. However rugs do seem to sell well on ebay so good luck.

Sure, know what youre saying but I havent ever used it (its always been too big for mine who didnt grow into it) so its not really THIRD hand as such. Just used for one winter which is pretty good for a rug of this age. Thanks for the good luck!! :) :)

As I havent been able to come up with a price Ive just put it on eBay for tonight at 9pm. Should end at 9pm next Sat then, but Im a bit worried all my potential bidders will be down the pub or out enjoying themselves at that time on a Sat night!!!! Fingers are crossed tho. Thanks for the advice :)

Well I won't be and I'll be watching. I probably can't afford it but if you don't mind will watch it anyway just incase my fingers accidentally bid!
