how much is he worth and how much would you offer?

hi
he is 11 years old
gelding
17hh
light grey
not perfect conformation by any means but he has never been lame.
he does have windgalls on all four legs, but they are not big
he can jump top wing with scope.
his flat work is ok-he has nice enough paces.
he is lovely to handle from the ground,stable and field and very good on the roads and just a nice person generally
he can nap occasionally
he has been known to buck in the school
hacks alone and in company
no competition record-has done clear round at local shows but not been anywhere bigger.
not a very good doer but can get weight on with grazing
good to rug box and clip
good feet.
needs sedating for his teeth though.
he has a partially paralysed laryx which affects him during faster work or prolonged cantering/galloping.he can do a jumping course or dressage test unaffected though
how much is he worth and how much would you offer?
 
i will offer 500 and see what he says

I'm quite surprised at the figures here- I would have thought 2K at least if he is honest and top of the wings is 1.50 (or around that, unless you have small wings!). I wouldn't be surprised if he was offended at being offered 500!
He is only 11, providing he is sound?
