how much is he worth - urgent!!!

desperatly need to sell one of my horses, but I really dont know how much to advertise him for.

16.2 mw coloured 8yo gelding. Hunted regulary, shown in coloured classes and used in riding school. Good to hack out in company, and only just started going out on his own - has previously never done, and is a bit spooky, but getting better. Not to confident jumping coloured poles, but again, getting better all the time. schooling is also improving, and has started doing leg yeilding with me.

Any ideas???

Having been looking for the last month with only £3500 to spend, I'd say he's worth a bit more than that, you don't get a lot for your money at the moment, and the fact that he's coloured will bump his price up.

But he is quite green for an 8 yr old, say £4500?

Agree with Galaxy, he is green for an 8yo, sounds fab though. No idea on value I'd say £2,500.

yeah, i agree with the majority of answers on the forum. i reckon you should start at 4k in case someone wants to spend that much, but dont take any less than 3k!!!!
