How much is reasonable to pay for new leather girth straps on saddle?

Saddler said I have to get new girth straps on my leather saddle as mine are suicidal !!! (saddle is old but in good condition and fits well)

She quoted £40 for 4 but seems a little unreliable as dissappeared with someone elses saddle to repair and didn't return their calls for nearly 3 weeks !!! Going to try and find someone/somewhere else too get it done but ......

How much is a reasonable price to pay for 4 new leather girth straps???

Hi, I charge £8.50 per short strap fitted. £15 for dressage length if thats any help?

In case i sounded greedy- i go to the yard and sew them on the spot so no waiting or travel fee
p.s. not touting for work as i only do friends and family these days- got fed up of people expecting me to work for nothing after a 6month apprenticeship and 3 years full time at college ( have 19 O and A levels to prove it) Felt i was worth more than minimum wage.
