How Much - Livery Q

Following on from earlier post -

Yard in Essex with:

post & rail fencing
24/7 turn out in summer / 12 hour in winter
excellent grazing
2 outdoor menages - 1 30 x 60 with full set of show jumps and 1 20 x 40
1 outdoor lunging menage
onsite feed/tack shop open 6 days a week
big stables with automatic drinkers
lockable tack rooms (one room to 4/5 people)
all weather bridlepath round edge of farm
bridlepath 5 min hack away (just across a road)
hay/straw/woodchip storage
regular SJ clinics held
sick/starvation paddocks
excellent worming programme/field rotation

How much would you expect to pay for full livery here?
To include turn in/out, rugging, feeding, muck out, grooming, holding for farrier, vet etc.

What else would you expect to be included?

£90 per week, my yard is similar and thats what I charge, £70 for 5 day.

agree expect to pay between £90 - £120 for 7 days / or slightly less for 5 days full and p/t weekends

120 max but depends on location ie. is it handy for somewhere where people might work or commute from etc?

If not I'd agree £90 a week but if it is I'd say more like £120 - £130.

I think £120 is about right! I have a livery yard in Wiltshire. I charge £120 for full livery
