How much rent for 2 stables in Wilts?

Sorry guys- I know you hate these posts!! My Pa has some stables he is considering renting out and would like to know whether it would be worth his while!!

Two generous (12x14) stone built stables with a seperate tack/feed store and private grazing totalling about 2acres. Based on a dairy farm in North Wiltshire, so he can offer excellent off road hacking, and probably the use of the neighbours arena- although this would be by seperate negotiation.

He has reiterated several times that in no way does he want to get 'embroiled' with any sort of livery service, so this would definitely be stable and field rent only.

Anyone got any ideas what he could expect to be paid??

Maybe £100 a month [per stable]

I'm not in Wilts, but have a similar set up. 2 big Stables, field shelter with a door(small stable with a rubber floor!), tackroom and just over 2 acres and I pay £43pw, in Cumbria.

I rent three stables with large tackroom, large barn storage area and 4 acres of land for £150 a month.

There's an ad on NFED for pretty much the same setup and they want £225 per month for it.
