Prices range drastically depending on which part you are in, I am paying £70 for excellent facilities with an Indoor, but I could be paying upto £90 for adequate facilities with an Outdoor.

Well, I'm in West Midlands and I am on a DIY yard with excellent facilities/stables that offers 'services'. Our charges for that kind of livery would be:

DIY = £24/week
Bring in&out = £3/day = £21/week
Hay = 2-3 bales/week @ £2.50/bale = £5-£7.50/week

So, yes, I'd say about £60/week would be a very reasonable rate.
