How much (sorry know how much these are disliked!)

It averages out at about £250. I don't think you can discount the little extras because thats were it gets expensive. In an ideal world I'd never have to pay a vet's bill or buy a new rug but these things happen and you need to be able to afford them.
 
I just worked it out quickly and for Livery, shoes, hay, feed and horse insurance it costs me £316. So thats the basics costs.

Thats not including wormer, back man, dentist, lessons, saddle fitter, entry fees, diesel for the lorry, new rug ect ect

Livery £88 (4 weekly)
Shoes £55 (shod every 5-6 weeks so on avg as gets refits twice - eggbars and wedges)
Feed £10 (good doer!!)
Supplements £25
Hay £18 (avg - winter only)
Worming £5 (avg)
Lessons!! £120 (OMG! - one a week usually sometimes less - but worth it)
Physio £20 (avg as every 3 months)

plus any entry fees, vets (god forbid!) teeth, plus anything i buy for her!!!

ETA - oh and ins £36 a month
Def dont want to add that up!!!!
