Or are you like me and think nothing of spending a small fortune in a tack shop on things our pony 'needs' but when I (rarely) go into town shopping cannot be bothered or can't 'afford' to buy anything for myself!, if I get any spare time that I could use to pamper myself I feel bad about it and go to the yard!!! these four legged beasties have a lot to answer for!!

since buyin poppy i spend like £20 a year on myself, my mum has told me to keep some aside for myself from now on cause i look scruffy and could do with some new clothes lol!!

i hardly spend any money on myself... if i do, its for a new pair of breeches, or yard boots. and NEVER spend time on myself. Simply cant be bothered. After spending all my free time on horses i dont really want to be coming home and doing hair and make up- only when i need too!
I dont always look like a tramp!

ditto xxkatyxx!!

now I have George I can't remember when I last bought anything for me! It's my birthday on Mon and my list of present ideas seemed to imply it was George's birthday!!

before i got my boy i spent it all on me me me, either eating out 3-4 times a week and drinking out 5-6 times a week and clothes, a ridiculous amount of clothes, some still with labels on but now, everything i have is for him and i love it, far healthier and happier for it, birthday soon and everything on wishlist for him/revolves around him.

I can't remember the last time I bought something for myself that wasn't essential, I'm so tight with my own money I even cut my own hair

I only buy things if there is something I need, not want. For one, I live 10 miles outside of town and usually I can't be bothered!

OH and I do tend to go out quite a lot though. Usually once or twice a week.

I spend very little on me! So little, that my family refuses to buy anything for my horse on my birthday!

I usually go clothes shopping about 2/3 times a year and spend quite a bit, but that is just for work clothes! I hate it so don't go more than I have to!

Horsey shopping (including horsey / yard clothes for me) is not a problem!

Anyway, by the time I have paid for horses, bills and put some money away for savings, I have very little left!
