How much would you expect to pay for an annex within a family home but totally self contained with separate entrance. One good sized bedroom, large living room, kitchen with all white goods included, bathroom, utility room.

Access to several acres of grazing and stables. Good hacking but no school.

Annex/flat is for rent inclusive of all bills (except food of course) and there is room for 2, possibly three horses. Help with horses free of charge.

there was a similar set up in the village i live in and it was £595 PCM - no stables, grazing only

I was looking for this a while ago and prices were anything from £400 up to £600 pcm.

It really depended on where in the country it was, and also a big difference is how private the accommodation is - the more expensive ones tended to have more than one bedroom and also their own garden space as well as the private entrance.
