How much would you expect to pay for 3 brand new stables, hay/feed shed, tack room and half an acre post & rail paddock?
The paddock could be changed to a ménage
2 stables are 10 x 12, one stable is 10 x 16.5, hay shed is 12 x 25 and tack room is very large (has 2 seater sofa in, shelving, two saddle racks and space for more of need be). Constructed on a 4 reinforced concrete slab and stable area is post & railed. Stables are constructed of ship-lap treated timber.
All stables, tack room and hay/feed room are fully boarded. All have tiled roofs and roof windows and are higher than average stables. Stables are fitted with grills
Lighting is powered by solar power
Running water is in process (water buts are currently used)
There is also a car park with enough room for a car, jeep and trailer.
Secure and smart feathered edge fencing keeps this yard very private.
15 mins from beach and also straight onto quite county lane hacking, which leads to bridleways etc.
Additional turnout is 2 minute walk away (5 acres)
