How much would you change??

Have been asked if i would ride a horse for someone for a few weeks to get it going so that it can be rehomed (has been out in the field for 6 month +)

Im thinking per week-

Riding x 5 at £6 = £30

Shaving x 2 bales at £6.50 = £13

Feed x 1 bag at £7 = £7

Hay x 2 little bale halage at £6.50 = £13

Misc = £15

So £78 in total

What would you all change and do you think that too much/not enough to make a bit of profit??

Hi, Sounds fine but I would also charge say £15 for the hire of the stable/field. ie diy livery plus feed/hay/bedding plus the fee for schooling. By the way does your username have anything to do with the stallion 'Millbrook' ??

Thats what I was thinking! If its you, then I would charge a fair bit more.

You are, as a rider, worth at least 15 pounds an hour, so are undercharging vastly on the riding.

I would charge minimum of £90 a week as a pro down down road from me charges at least £120 a week for re-schooling.
