How much would you charge/pay for a blanket clip?

As title really, I am clipping someones horse on Sunday, she said she would pay but I have no idea how much to ask for.

Well to turn it on it's head I know of someone who actually charged more for a blanket than a full clip because it required more skill and took longer to get the lines right than taking the lot off!, I think they charged £40 for a blanket!!!
 
I can see a sort of logic in that - I would hugely rather do a full clip than a blanket.

One blanket clip I did ended up like a Friar Tuck hairstyle - it just got higher and higher!
 
i charge 35 for a part clip! but i do have commercial insurance, all my machines are PAT tested, my leads and breakers are PAT tested, and travel included! i have spare clippers incase horse breaks one or it dies! horses own insurance is invalid once financial gain comes into it! servicing and PAT testing is 50 pounds approx per six months, and commercial insurance is 300 + per annum to clip! and if you do an eye or a tendon and not insured god forbid! might as wekll hang yourself!!! or if you get a bad kick and break a leg or arm with no personnal insurance, or if you twitch and the helper gets struck and you have no liability cover ....................................
