Due to some planning issues I'm going to have to advertise for more liveries. I replied to a post a while ago that I would never do it again after the hassles i had, i wanted a relaxed yard so didnt really implement any rules which backfired spectacularly on me, but i dont think i have any choice this time. So rules will be put in place and enforced but atm i'm having the mickey taken as i feed the remain one's horse breakfast every day with no thanks and she expects it. She got pissy with me the other morning when i forgot to give it to him because my alarm didnt go off and i was running around like a loon trying to do my 3 before work and i had 30 mins to do it it. But when she got there before me the other day did she feed my horses no she didnt
its not like she had to make them up, they were already done!! grrr anyway enough of the rant, so my point is i'm not going to do anything out of kindness any more, its going to be a business, so it will be treated as one and i would like to know what you would charge on the following as they will be extras (its diy only)
Turn out/bring in
Feed
Change rugs
Muck out
poo pick
Day livery (if away for work etc)
Holiday livery
Basic fitness riding (hacking/flatwork) if wanted whilst on holiday
Any other things that might be charable...?
I want to cover absolutly everything before i take any others on as i dont want the p!ss taken any more, so all advice greatly appreciated. My mom and dad keep telling me not to fuss and you cant do that, but i'm the one that has to keep doing all the work! and i dont think its fair that i work full time in an office to then come home and look after other peoples horses and not get paid for it.
Thankies, nibbles and beverage of your choice for helping!
