Curious given different areas/prices and livery options...!

But for the following - how much/what area?

Stable and grazing... with the option of individual if wanted... (as standard)

1.... above + Feed/hay/turnout/rug changes/boots etc in the morning only

2... above + mucking out, haynets made up and put in, waters, feeds etc - agin in the morning only (no evening bring ins)...

Yard outdoor arena + /all year turnout (and i mean all year!)

This is not for my horses btw - mine are happy as larry living out - mine would freak if i put it in a stable! :D :D

Thanks!

Well, I'm not a professional yard, just me, 8 acres, my horse and daughters pony. So I have two spare stables which I hire out for the winter. I charge 25euro for the stable per week, ten euro on top of that for grazing during the day. I dont really have the option of individual grazing, but I have two fields, my two go in one, the liveries go in the other. my livery has the two stables at the min, and one is a stallion, so he goes out for a few hours in the mornings, gelding goes out in the afternoon, so technically individually. he supplies own feed, bedding, and we share hay, he buys a bale, i buy a bale, etc.... I prob could get more, but he pays on time, and theres no hassle!!
By the way, full livery around here is about 130 euro per week, supplying everything, with an arena. I dont have any real riding facility, just a lungeing arena and miles of mountain to hack. xx

I charge £25 a week for the basic, plus I put feed in each morning.
Extra to turnout £1 per day so £32 a week. If they needed boots, probably more but none on my yard wear boots for turnout.

I then do a part livery to include mucking out but this includes hay/ bedding/ basic feed, I dont want to be dealing with owners using different bedding, running out or not providing enough it is just too fiddly. I bring in as my owners are working so the horses can come in in daylight, this is £70 for ponies £80 horses.
All year turnout in small group, paired or ind, arena, in the south west.
