Ive seen an advert but it is is POA - its a private seller.
This is the ad, just want to get an idea how much before i call them?
There was some pictures on the ad and the horse looked very nice - it was an advert in my local tackshop though so dont have links to any pictures.

15.2 gelding rising 7, warmblood with good bloodlines, register BSJA last August and qualified Blue Chip Disco and Am Champ second rounds 1.10 and 1.15, and almost out of BN money in a handful of outings (not jumped under 1.05). Not done much over Dec/Jan because of weather but fully fit and going back out jumping this month.

Easily going to be a 1.20s horse, if not bigger as lots of scope, needs some more mileage at 1.10-1.15 before stepping up but he comfortably jumps much bigger.

Would suit competent novice to experience rider, he will really help rider out if get a wrong stride, but could be upset if someone got it wrong and then jabbed him in the mouth when he's helped out the rider.

Can be strong, not in a tanking forward way but in a muscular way. Fairly good flatwork, does changes etc but is a persistant nose poker lol

Excellent in stable,on yard, box, shoe, catch, hack, jumps hedges out hacking etc

To make a sensible, considered judgement as a minimum you'd need to see some pictures really. Could be anything from £4 to £10k. Sorry, not much help!!

I really hate POA's! You never know! I tend to not look at then TBH - have called up one thinking it would be 8k and they wanted 20! I would say give them a ring, it does sound lovely. I would make a hazard guess at 8-10k, but may well be way out!

When I rang up about a POA years ago I said OK first things first what sort of money are you looking for before we both go any further...was some way above our budget but owner was prepared to be quite flexible so def. worth an ask!

About 8 - 10k. This is selling a horse at the most desireable time in its life - everyone wants a 7 y o thats just still in British Novice but capeable of jumping more. What you have to assess is what it will be doing in 2 or 3 years time. Will it take you through the grades up to foxhunter and possibly beyond Or will the fact that it is only 15.2 and a leaner which makes it hard to ride limit it to 1.10 or so comfortably? It also depends on who has been jumping it - professionals generally get better results out of horses than amatuers. If it was truly top class I would be looking at it to be jumping and placing well at Foxhunter at 7 -hence anything over 10k would probably be overpriced.

You know you can get this sort of horse aged 9 or 10 for about 5k?
