I have a 13.3hh highland cross mare, she's 7 and really hasn't done much. In highland terms it doesn't really matter as much as it would with other horses as they are v slow to develop and grow up. She's a safe and steady ride, although can be oppinonated at times - just need someone to be firm with her and not let her get away with stuff. She's a dream to handle on the ground, does have some issues with the hose but once you get her wet she'll then stand like a rock for you to scrub and then rince her. She loves pigs (was nose to nose with them yesterday!) And really is a happy go lucky pony. She'll jump but hasn't done much of it, will pop a small cross pole but does have the potencial to go further. She's brilliant in hand - I take her for walks and never had a problem with her. Good with farrier (is bare foot), worm, clip and box. No vices what so ever. So how much would you pay for her seeing that she's green in the school and with her jumping but is a rock hacking.
