How much would you pay for a 12 year old, 16hh thoroughbred mare that hasn't done much, but has 3 nice paces, works in an outline and pops a jump is safe to hack in traffic and off road and been ridden by novices?

Up to about 2k if it was totaly sound and sane. Thing is that if a buyer wanted a horse of that level of ability... you could buy a cob/native who would be a good deal cheaper to keep and do the same things.
