diy livery or part/full at place with your own stable and small amount of field use of wood showjumps altho in part of field. hacking is along a few busy roads until you get across them to quieter roads altho still a fair amount of traffic. we make our own hay and possible haylage this year altho you will have to pay for your hay etc on top.
so how much would you pay or would younot want to keep your horse here?

When you say "small amount of field" how small are you talking? Enough for horse to be out 24/7 in summer? Would you have to feed hay all year round? To be honest for a yard with no school, and having to use busy roads to get to hacking, I would pay no more than £10 a week. We currently pay £20 per week, and I have my own fields for my horses, 65x25 menage, but poor hacking.

Surely you would be paying £10 for grazing only. She is offering a stable so I would imagine at least £15
